Tower crane components:

General speaking, according to the different functions, the tower crane can be divided to ground foundation, tower body, climbing, slewing, hoisting, lifting boom, counter jib, trolleying dolly, tower head, operation room, trolleyinging parts,

There is the concrete ground foundation which the tower crane stands on.

The tower head is made up of the mast sections, which can be rising up by the hydraulic climbing part.

Slewing system can assure the parts above the slewing rotate left and right.

Hoisting system can assure lift up and down.

Counter jib can assure the moment balance.

Lifting boom bears the force of the lifting. And it is the range changing dolly runway.

The dolly is used for fixing the pulley block, wire steel rope and hook.

Tower head keeps balance for boom bearing force.

The operation room is where the worker operating the tower crane.

Trolleying system runs forward and backward on the horizontal direction.

The Features of QTZ40 (4808)

1): The main stressed steel parts of QTZ40 tower crane use Q345B steel, the tower body mast section 1.5m*1.5m*2.2m or 1.62m*1.62m*2.2m
